Meet the broker
Bryant first opened Nexus Realty Group, Inc. in 1991. Prior to that he worked at Keegan & Coppin Co., Inc. for five years as a Commercial / Industrial Sales Agent. He also spent two years with Arthur Anderson & Company as a Managment Information Consultant and two seasonal years with Delmonte Cooporation as a Scheduling Coordinator and Personnel Manager.
Education Bryant is a 1983 graduate from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. At Cal Poly he majored in Business Administration B.S. with a Management Information Systems Concentration.

Nexus Realty Group, Inc. was incorporated on January 21, 1991 by the President and Majority Shareholder, Bryant R. Moynihan. The name Nexus, which by definition means; “A connection, tie or link between individuals of a group”, was specifically chosen to reflect the corporate philosophy of creating synergy by networking with other real estate professionals. Nexus Realty Group, Inc. is a professional organization, specializing in the leasing and sales of commercial and industrial property, in Marin, Napa, and Sonoma Counties. Nexus Realty Group, Inc. provides a full array of services with regard to land development on both a speculative and build to suit basis. We work with a wide variety of contractors and developers of commercial and industrial properties.
We offer a full range of Brokerage services for the Buyers and Sellers of industrial and commercial properties. We offer a comprehensive investment analysis which outlines the cash flow, depreciation, tax consequences, and equity build-up for a property. We assist our clients in analyzing their property through an income approach, replacement value approach, and market approach to property valuation. When representing tenants, we show our clients all alternative locations in the marketplace, cooperate fully with all brokers and developers in the community, request proposals for each viable location, and assist the tenant in: weighing the alternatives, negotiating competitive lease terms, preparing and reviewing the contracts, and providing contacts and information to ease the relocation process. In leasing, we cooperate fully with all brokers and strive to immediately disseminate information to these brokers on all new listings. We provide periodic progress reports to our clients outlining the prospective tenants, broker representatives, competing properties, and marketing efforts. We assist in the completion of tenant improvements and processing of any required use permit.
